One Voice Wales National Awards 2026 – Application Form

Welcome to the One Voice Wales National Awards 2026. We must say a huge ‘Thank You’ to our National Awards sponsors this year, Unity Trust Bank.

We welcome the submission of this Application Form in Welsh or English. Applicants may complete it in their preferred language. If you would like to submit a Welsh Application Form, please visit the equivalent Awards pages on our Welsh website.

Please note: the One Voice Wales Awards process is open to Councils who are current members of One Voice Wales.
