Help Us Show the Impact of Councils’ Work – Social Impact Survey

Your Council’s Work Matters – Please Complete the Cost-of-Living Survey

Dear Clerk / Councillor,

We are pleased to share the Social Impact Assessment Survey, which One Voice Wales has commissioned Wavehill to deliver on our behalf.

This survey will help us build a national picture of how Community and Town Councils have supported residents during the cost-of-living crisis

This is crucial research for the sector. It will allow us to clearly demonstrate:

  • the scale, range, and impact of council activity
  • how councils have supported community resilience and wellbeing
  • and the value of this work to Welsh Government and key partners

Collectively, this evidence will help ensure Community and Town Councils receive the recognition, influence, and resourcing they deserve.

What we need from you:

We ask that each council completes the survey in as much detail as possible

  • The survey can be completed by the Clerk and does not need to go to a full council meeting
  • You may draw on colleagues or councillors to help provide information.
  • One response per council is required.
