National Conference & AGM 2025
Our annual National Conference & AGM will be held at the Royal Welsh Showground, Llanelwedd, on Wednesday 1 October 2025. Booking Forms are available below!
The One Voice Wales National Conference and Annual General Meeting (AGM) are being held at the Royal Welsh Showground on Wednesday 1 October 2025.
The Conference will be split between two buildings as in previous years: registration, lunch and exhibitors will be in the Clwyd Glamorgan Hall and the Conference itself will be in the Montgomery Pavilion a short distance away.
The Conference will be held in the morning and will follow a set Agenda and a list of speakers, and is open to both member Councils and non-member Councils.
In the afternoon we will be holding our AGM which is only open to member Councils.
There is a fee for the Conference but the AGM is free to attend.
Please complete the designated booking form below, and you will then be issued with an invoice. We will be offering a 10% discount for every 3rd booking or more. We will also need a booking form if you are only attending the AGM so we can prepare badges, papers and so on.
